”The property is lovely. Very clean, warm and comfortable. You are made to feel at home rather than being in a hotel room. I hadn't advised i woukd need a patking space, but it was no issue. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the host Helen is really lovely welcoming you into their home. Definitely stay here again. I was here for business and very handy location to get my customers.”

”Very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast included option. It’s a classic English breakfast buffet with the chef right there to make your eggs just as you like. Room was big (triple). Short walk to the train station.”

”Room clean. TV Remote needs new batteries. Hand shower has no wall bracket. The overhead shower flow is weak. Temperature hard to control on both. Either there is a fan or a pump is near the room. You can hear a humming noise. Asked the owner and offered another room to sleep in. Noise goes away after 23:00.”

”If you are looking for an authentic experience this is the place to stay. Beautiful property, full of history. Room was superb and bed absolutely amazing. Wonderful bath with soft hot water. Excellent breakfast as ordered. Great Host. Would definitely stay again. If you dont mind exploring and checking yourself in/out without a receptionist this place is a must visit.”

”I felt very safe, everything was clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, there's privacy in the dorm rooms cause the beds have walls, there's a shelf in every bed and a very big locker under the bed. Lots of space, a table with mirrors in the room. Good water pressure in the showers. Clean water. Highly recommend ”

”Great for an overnight stay at Luton before a flight. Very fast check-in to a clean and warm room. A new bathroom, plenty of sockets and tea/coffee area. Great free private parking out back secured by gates. All in all a perfect stay thank you very much, i look forward to staying again on my next visit to Luton. ”
