"Hotel was clean, but the service was mediocre and the room was really cold. The faucet was leaking all the time. No one came to change clean towels even though we left a note on the door. I would say it is a 2 star hotel."

"Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked.
