”The property is lovely. Very clean, warm and comfortable. You are made to feel at home rather than being in a hotel room. I hadn't advised i woukd need a patking space, but it was no issue. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the host Helen is really lovely welcoming you into their home. Definitely stay here again. I was here for business and very handy location to get my customers.”

”The place feels more like a halfway house than a hotel. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom, room is tiny, bed is absolutely awful. Check on was basic and the whole thing feels poorly handled. Stay elsewhere if you can, the only plus is it’s near the station, but yeah, it’s a dump. ”

”If you are looking for an authentic experience this is the place to stay. Beautiful property, full of history. Room was superb and bed absolutely amazing. Wonderful bath with soft hot water. Excellent breakfast as ordered. Great Host. Would definitely stay again. If you dont mind exploring and checking yourself in/out without a receptionist this place is a must visit.”

”AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! There was no hot water at all to wash your hands or even have a shower. The whole place is dirty and falling apart. When I requested a refund they accepted at reception but since are providing no assistance. Phone numbers don’t work. Email addresses send generic responses which gets nowhere”
