”Computer system failed and customers could not check in even with prior reservation and the clerk locked up and left. Ended up going to Metcalf and 108th st. which was a major dump. Stained sheets on both beds horrible pillows, gross bathroom (I refused to shower there). I slept on top of the bed, fully clothed using my duffel bag as a pillow. Let’s not forget to mention that I woke up to a brown recluse search searching for its next meal on the very bad I was sleeping in. I ended up coming...

”The rooms are very modern well kept, and very clean. Plus, I loved the comfortable beds which made the stay even more enjoyable. The area is well kept and the area feels safe. This was extremely important for me, being a single mom with 2 teens.”

”Terrible place: dirty, everything damaged. The breakfast is a joke. The coffee machine was not working. The room's electrical breaker tripped each time someone used the toaster. A disaster! What an embarrassment!”

”The smell of the property was awful. Smelled like wet dog and smoke. The bathroom in the room still had previous tenants hair pieces on the floor. The light fixtures in the bathroom were covered in rust. The front desk person put us in a room with k e bed when our reservation was for two. Took time to get it changed. Do not recommend.”

”Clean rooms, cold AC and hot showers. Water pressure wasn’t the best but the water was at least hot. Beds were comfy and pillows were as well. Staff was all very nice and professional and they kept the property pretty clean.”

”Absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Had a funeral to attend in Stilwell, KS. Drove up from Texas last minute and had to book here due to FIFA cup going on. Sheets were stained, bathroom sink would not drain, floor was dirty....i could go on and on. The staff was told about the stained sheets and the bathroom sink, no response! Terrible place! LaQuinta won't ever be on my list again....”

”Initially I was given a room that had a refrigerator not working properly and the phone didn't work for me to timely let them know, I went down to the front desk and the employee was friendly and worked quickly to get me into another room. Everything after that went very well. The price for the amenities was a good deal.”

”It was a good price and the area was nice but they can take care of the outside a little better.”

”Clean rooms, a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom and mini-fridge. A huge breakfast spread that is constantly refilled until closing was a big plus. The drive to pull in isn't marked very clear and the neighborhood doesn't seem like the safest, but it had easy access to Kauffman and Arrowhead.”

”Didn’t entirely feel clean, and felt that room had been smoked in frequently. Desk had dust covering glass. Woke up several times over the night with sinus drainage that cleared up after I left the property. It was a perfect location for me, and was relatively inexpensive. I did feel safe.”

”The Hotel isn't bad, the lighting in the room isn't the best. The beds are comfortable though.”
