”The room was not clean. Very dirty floor. Looked like it had not been swept or mopped in a long time. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was not much to write home about.”

”Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. ”

”Room was very dirty. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, stains on the sheets. Looked like the room had never been cleaned. Smelled of cigarettes. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel. Would NOT recommend. ”

”The pillows was very small and wasn’t comfortable, couldn’t watch tv you had to have WiFi and there was no WiFi available as it said. ”

”The hot tub was not hot enough and another guest had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. A young child had to go and clean up the towels that were left after a party as other guests didn’t clean up after themselves as for breakfast in the morning I went at 7:15. There were no scrambled eggs only two cinnamon rolls, no sausage gravy and only one type of milk. The breakfast area started at seven. It was not crowded when I got there and I even mentioned this lack of stocking to the front...

”If you're not a fan of the smell of weed, you'll probably not be too happy here. Everywhere smells like weed. I didn't care that much because I was gone 14 hours a day, but a family with kids might care. The staff is nice. I won't publicly name three outstanding staff, but K and B are just the best people. You know who you are, and thank you for being a bright spot at the end of the end. The air conditioner was broken in my room. To their credit, a maintenance person was up to have a look at it...

”Clean room and property close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Safe part of town for sure l, bed was comfortable, quiet hotel good parking and free breakfast ”
