”We did not receive information on how to enter the property until we arrived and called the owner. There was a lot of poison ivy growing in our parking area.”

”Wonderful waterfall & surrounding garden area. Nice cottage with wood floors & the clawfoot tub is fabulous. Porch on the back with rockers. When we arrived the room was HOT. We believe the previous person had left the heat on. We opened windows for a cross breeze & the owner was gracious enough to bring a circulating fan. Thank goodness it cooled to 65 at night, since it was 91 in the day. There is no A/C. My friend stayed in this cottage as we stayed in the river room. As I said for that...

”Mary Anne was an amazing host! Place is located near town and was clean and an awesome place to stay! Will definitely be booking again.”

”Rented the property to attend a series of events at Clark University. Literally walking distance to the school so it was quite convenient. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable. Being able to park three cars in the driveway was a huge plus as street parking near the apartment was extremely challenging. Being a Clark alum, was quite familiar with the neighborhood so I knew what to expect. Felt completely safe in the apartment as every door to the hallways had sufficient locks. We did blow a...

”Overall we had a great time”

”Very nice stay. Plenty of space for the 7 of us that stayed, could have easily had 4 more. Recently refinished, so I think Jenny is still getting it all well stocked with kitchen wares. Only down side was window unit AC, which was a bit noisy when trying to watch TV (or for delicate sleepers)”

”This was an amazing nightly rate for the region, and a lovely place to visit. I'm so glad we found it and was available! Brent and family take great care of the place, and it was so magical waking up and seeing horses just a few feet from the window. We had fun playing games under the gazebo while horses munched on hay. There's lots of good hiking in the area too. The suite had everything we needed like extra blankets, kitchen wares, games, and a great shower too. Highly recommended!”

”It was a great stay. The place was cosy and had everything you need and stuff you forgot to bring . I will definitely be staying here again.”

”This beautiful apartment in Millbury is the perfect place to stay for any occasion. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and things went very smoothly from start to finish. Check in was easy and our host Jenny was amazing and super helpful with advice and guidance when we needed. We had plenty of supplies if we ran out and the home was clean and comfortable. Everyone likes a good night's sleep too when they are away from home. The king bed was very comfortable and we slept amazing. For our...

”Cute and cozy apartment. The mattress was really comfortable with a variety of pillow choices with different firmnesses. Thoughtful lighting, fan, and outlet/usb port placements. Host had stocked the fridge with bottled water and a couple of seltzers and sodas. Trail mix and popcorn and Keurig pods/tea. Toiletries for showering available. Cute yard area with a fire pit and sun chairs with umbrella. Easy check in and out, and easy to get to. Bring a hairdryer if you need one. Would def stay here...

”We loved our stay here! Basement apartment below an occupied house, but the noise above was muffled and not obtrusive. It is spacious and beautifully naturally lit all along one side by a row of ground-level windows. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and at night is pitch black, so our sleep was fabulous. Very very clean and comfortable. Host was super responsive. Would gladly stay again.”
