”Hotel was okay. Staff was good. The first guy, the baggage guy, was rude. Food was good, though the first day's dinner was almost impossible to get. ”The hotel itself was very nice, but the biggest problem during our stay was the staff and the constant marketing. At almost every corner we were approached by someone trying to sell us upgrades or “exclusive promotions,” many of which we had already heard earlier in the day. It quickly became overwhelming and made it hard to relax and actually enjoy the vacation. We were also pressured into attending a breakfast in order to receive a Prestige upgrade.
