”Excellent food variety across all the restaurants! Great service! Magnificent layout of property with great views and access to all amenities including lagoon,ocean, pools, and water parks! Rooms were cleaned twice daily, with super friendly staff and a well stocked mini bar! Dial 0 for fast room service 24/7! My wife and I just love this resort! Spectacular live theater performances!!!!”

”The staff was wonderful but the resort itself was poorly run. The resort is advertised as a vip resort. We didn’t receive anything for being vip platinum Expedia members. In fact the reception desk acted like they have never even heard of Expedia vip. I had to show them on my phone. The kids were only allowed to eat in one restaurant. There was a $10 charge for room service even through their website states $5. The air conditioning hardly worked. I called about it the first night and waited 2hrs...
