This elegant and comfortable apartment, ideal for 4 people, is located in the heart of Lerici’s historic center, just a short walk from Piazza Mottino and the stunning Gulf of La Spezia. We’re close to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, as well as the ferry to the beautiful Cinque Terre, Portovenere, La Spezia, and Tellaro. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including: unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The perfect starting point to explore the Cinque Terre!

The space

The apartment, approximately 80 square meters, is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator. To access the apartment, you must use the stairs.



The apartment is laid out as follows:



- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds

- LIVING ROOM 1 with a lounge area and a dining table with chairs

- LIVING ROOM 2 (walk-through), furnished with a sofa

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, moka pot, oven, and kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, and toilet.

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
