”Gran hotel, el servicio es insuperable. Todo el staff es súper amable y siempre al pendiente. El concierge te ayuda a todo desde reservar para una cena hasta conseguir los ski pass para los lifts. Te brindan un servicio de shuttle que te lleva y trae a todas partes de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y tan solo al salir por la puerta de los lockers de skis , estás en el área de lifts. ”

”Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted...

”This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. ”

”A well appointed apartment, in what appears to be a relatively newly built or refurbished block. Underfloor heating, nice bathrooms and furnishings, flatscreen tv's and a good kitchen. There is a nice pool & spa in the complex, and the boot room has heaters for boots and gloves. It is also genuinely a ski-in, ski-out boot room - although is slightly more painful if you need to get to childrens ski school which are up the hill, making it way, way quicker to actually march up the road instead and...

”In this hotel the young and service minded staff really tries its best to get the customer feel welcome and "home". I spent one sunny Mars week skiing stayed at the hotel. Payed extra for breakfast. Payed no visit to the hotel's spa area though it was included in the room price.
