âVery convenient hotel in the Gothic Quarter right next to Las Ramblas on a pedestrian only street. The rooms were large and comfortable with good air conditioning on a very hot day. The staff was very accommodating and worked with us to make sure we were all settled in (we had 7 rooms). âThis hotel was spot on. Everything was great. There was only two things that could be improved/changed. In the nice bathroom there was one wall without anything, so there would be space for rack where to dry the towels. No there is nowhere where we could dry them. The only place where we could hang them was inside the shower, where they got wet when using the great rain shower. And after the shower you need to step out wet and walk to the sink, where you can keep the towels waiting for...

Clean and friendly staff.
Only the pool area was a bit disappointing, terrace side was reserved for non hotel guests and there were less space reserved for hotel guests (pool) than others.
But overall really nice experience and if we come back to Barcelona will definitely think about coming here again. â

"Overall a really nice hotel with great pool area and a bar. Problems start when you check-out as they are soloing with your credit cards making payments without permission.
We payed with a Debit card for the whole stay as soon as we arrived. We made the hotel sure that we want the Debit card to be used as a payment. Money has been charged from our bank account the day we checked in. As we checked-out, they charged the stay AGAIN from the credit card used as a deposit without our permission and without telling us even though we already paid when we arrived. So now we have paid for our stay for 2 times, and not gotten our deposit back. They told they have âreleasedâ the Debit card payment which is ridiculous as that is the card that was supposed to be the payment in the first place. The hotel charged wrong card even when we told not to. Not even an apology. Takes also way too long to respond. Had to beg for HOURS to an answer. "
