The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"The staff has been amazing throughout my stay. I could relax and rest, which was what I wanted to do. However, it would have been nice to know that the pool and the gym are part of a leisure center. The bathroom of my room needs some serious maintenance work to be done."
