Hotel seemed like it was recently renovated. Everything looked in top shape. The room (the most important thing) was very spacious, very clean! Hotel Wave Rehoboth Beach
It had been updated, you can tell where it’s lacked. The carpet is disgusting. Our room floor was so dirty, our feet were filthy just walking. It smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Wouldn’t stay again. The front staff is very nice however.

The Breakers Hotel & Suites
Great location and plenty of parking at the hotel. Very affordable. Close to the beach and downtown so no need to drive. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good choices.
