”The room definitely needs some work. The outlet for the TV was bad, had to wiggle it to work. The luggage rack on the wall was broken, no lamp on the nightstand between the beds, and a very loud AC unit, and no coffee maker, and no coffee available in the lobby area. Also no breakfast available. However the beds were comfortable. This room was supposed to not be available due to needing so much, however since due to my medical issues I cannot climb stairs to 2nd story, they offered this...

”The weekend staff were clueless, unknowlegeable, and lacked the willingness to assist customers with issues. I had pre-paid and they attempted to charge me again saying they got new systems which didn’t show my payment. However, I had my receipt.”

”The only thing that I can say is that should be a chair when there are two people you need two chap. Your stuff was excellent very friendly and there to help. The room was very clean and big. ”Breakfast is as pretty amazing. Love that. The pool was runs down. The floor of pool was broken and my daughter got hurt because she stepped on the ground of pool. Was a bummer for kids. Kept them from swimming. The room wasn’t cleaned daily. And towels weren’t available daily. Had to ask for the towels. And at the pool they never had towels available. One of beds was uncomfortable, felt metal spring. And my hot tub didn’t work for the jets. We paid a good amount for these things not to be so...

”It was very busy but Kayla was very helpful. She searched the entire hotel for luggage carts but was unable to find us one so my 80 year old aunt and uncle had to carry their own luggage to the 6th floor. Breakfast had great variability but the eggs and potatoes were cold. The Fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. No explanation or all clear was given or compensation offered.”

”Basically my wife and I stayed the night only because we checked in late and we both was tired but we checked out early the next morning and find a better place to stay you could not watch tv unless you had your own apps to use like Netflix, Prime video etc: who knows there password to all of there apps I don't basically they had no free cable, not enough towels for 2 people they wanted us to use what we had and bring the dirty to them and swap them out Out you know how irritating that could...
