”Nice hotel, clean cousy room, few restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was poor as used to European hotels. Cleanin persons spoke only spain, some communication problems with cleaning.”

”I’m an executive business manager. There was no ironing board and refrigerator. No ice on or near the room. I was there.”

”Everything”

”The room was clean but there were no trash cans, coffee makers, cups, etc. I asked the front clerk for another pair of clean towels for our second night and was told that they had no more towels. FYI, their 'grab and go' breakfast is one pack of mini muffins, a granola bar and coffee.”

”Everything was clean, breakfast was good. The night clerk was very helpful and kind when I realized I messed up our reservation and only booked one night instead of two. She got us all fixed up!”

”Enjoyed talking to one particular staff member who was outgoing and helpful. I think his name was Alex. But others were very helpful as well and I enjoyed talking with them. But when it came down to a real need, they failed because I needed a ride using their shuttle vehicle, but they would not use it for an individual customers desperate needs.”

”Clean and nice hotel, some restaurants nearby”

”Rooms did not have any drawer or closets. Room cleaning service was done every other day and only if requested in the morning. Outdoor heater by the pool was not working or the front desk did not know how to turn it on.”

”Nice and clean hotel , nice surraunding. Breakfast weak if you have use to European style. Housekeeping stuff did not speak Enghlis att all , difficult to communicate.”

”Overall experience good. Standard quality of Hampton Inns.”
