”The breakfast was horrible. Both juice machines were not working, the yogurt was past due and the coffee machine had not been cleaned in a while.
The staff on check in were professional, however the staff the next morning on check out were rude and seemed to be put out by having to answer simple questions.
The room appeared clean on check in. The following morning we noticed a large bug/insect infestation in one corner. ”

”There was a rusted-through hole in the sink that dumped water all over the floor. There were weird black stains on the mirror. When I arrived in my room, the phone was flashing red so I called the front desk to ask why. "Just ignore it," they said. Ignore a red flashing light next to my head while I try to sleep?? I wound up unplugging the phone.
I could go on, but bottom line is this hotel is too much of a wreck.”

”The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.”
