”It was perfect for us and the dogs. The doggies had a nice little enclosed yard to play in. Dave loved sitting in the enclosed patio for a smoke. We loved the cottage setup. The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom had everything we needed. The kitchen/living was a great setup too.”

”This darling cottage is in a great location if you love Anna Maria. It is an easy walk to the beach and bay as well as lots of great shopping and restaurants. The living area is super comfortable with lots of recliner choices. The unit is immaculate and the kitchen is well appointed. ”

”Shell Cottage was cute as can be . It was very clean , beautifully decorated and well equipped. However; there is an alarm on the entry door that is ear shattering. The check-in information states it is part of the rental license rules which I understand. There was no grey box on the outside of the door which can be pressed to allow entry within 45 seconds before the alarm goes off. There was a button on the inside that allowed us to leave the cottage.. I’m not sure I would stay here again...

”Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. ”

”When we arrived there was a musty smell however my guess is from hurricane. Lots of things weathered but that’s expected. We needed outside plugin for golf cart however ended up running inside since all outside ones didn’t work. Overall it was an amazing view, beds comfy, had everything you coulld need. ”Everything was smooth on this trip. Sue provided clear and helpful instructions for our arrival and departure. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! We walked to the beach, to St. Armand's Circle, and to the mangroves for kayaking. Highly recommended.”
