”Majoitus oli hintaansa nähden ok mutta wifi oli todella hankalakäyttöinen ja muutenkin surkea ”

”Rooms are clean and modern, location is good. Service is non-existent. There is no one at the premises, if you were to lose your key no one answers the phone. Also no self check in option and the staff is not at all flexible. You have to arrive in the given time slot or they will charge you additional 75€. Parking is also quite expensive. In addition the hotel first charged me an additional 60€ without any explanation or receipt. We tried to contact them for days and they did not answer any...

”It was ok old but clean the personal at the front desk very friendly. Good food the only thing is up at the hill not easy for transport.”

”Ystävällisen rouvan pitämä majapaikka. Huone oli suuri, yhteisiin vessoihin/suihkuihin ei ollut jonoa. Aamiainen oli ok. Läheltä menee busseja, metrolinja ja lähijuna. ”

”Kylpyhuoneen vesihanojen toimivuudessa olisi parannettavaa. Esimerkiksi lavuaarin hanan aukaisu selvisi viimeisenä päivänä. Suihkusta lattialle vuotanut vesi jäi seisomaan latgialle. Kunpa olisi ollut rätti jolla kuivata. Muuten oli siistiä.”

”Hôtel en hauteur de la Spezia. Vue remarquable sur la ville. Chambre vaste et sobre. Très bonne literie. Salle de bains moderne. Propreté irréprochable. And the laser but note the least, Carlotta est serviable et agréable.”

”Notre hôte nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a indiqué tout ce qu'il y avait a savoir pour se rendre aux 5 terres et au village ainsi tles restaurant sur place. Il a été très prévenant. Je vous recommande sa chambre sans hésiter.”

”Bra: Stort rum. Bra bekväm säng. AC finns. Bra storlek på badrummet. Atmosfären i rummet. Rent i rummet och badrummet. Läget i gamla stan. Dåligt: Svårt att hitta dit. Alla trappor, speciellt de sista till takterassen, de är livsfarliga. Men det allra sämsta är den så kallade frukosten och killen som skötte den. Inte en endaste gång ett leende eller god morgon. Två matskedar yoghurt serveras i ett fint glas, tillräckligt? Allt kom sakta till bordet och i fel ordning fast det fanns bara 3 bord...

”I had an incredible stay at this lovely beautifully restored Villa. Great location with an easy walk to the seaside promenade, restaurants, shopping and the train station. From the train station you can catch the bus to Portofino. The hosts are gracious, warm and friendly. Enjoy a lovely breakfast on the Villa’s patio overlooking the sea and harbor. ”

”The property was quite comfortable. The bed was firm but not hard. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The rooms had been well cleaned. I can recommend this place. As in a lot of the places we stayed in Italy, one has to climb a lot of stairs to access the property. ”
