A wonderful hotel
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. fantastic location, lovely room and such helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast in the beautiful garden is a must, and what a choice there was.All freshly prepared at the hotel, and beautifully presented. I would without hesitation, recommend this hotel, and hope to return.

Beautiful property in Lille. The room was spacious and inviting, while the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Breakfasts were lovely, and dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. A great stay in a lovely city.

Very disappointing stay. The building is beautiful, but the structure has not been renovated so one hears any move from your neighbour which results in sleepless nights (confirmed by 2 co-travellers). The first breakfast was a disaster, it felt like an event place run by a stagiaire and not a Relais Chateau. Save your money and go to Novotel instead.

One of the top hotels I have stayed at for service. What a great team. Both in terms of dining and housekeeping but also just general presence and feeling that I could ask for anything and would be taken care of.

The staff were lovely, but we were not happy that there was no bar at all, no lounge to sit in and no restauraunt on the day of our arrival. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Very basic

Unfortunately it was hotter than expected and the room has no air conditioning..not their fault and they tried to assist . Also not having the restaurant fully open was not great but there were dining options out of the property. We parked at the hotel and had a slight misunderstanding of costs but staff were obliging to rectify this. We did have a very nice stay… thank you.

The staff were amazing - very helpful and super friendly. But this is no way a five star hotel on any stretch of the imagination. The grounds are small but pretty courtyard at the back although this was not freely accessible. Our “junior suite” was very small and dark and did not like the set up. Felt very cramped and claustrophobic. There was nowhere to sit down and have a drink after a day out (the courtyard was not accessible except for breakfast and dinner). Great location though.

Worse hotel stay
Horrible hotel. No air conditioning, rooms very poorly insulated from the noise and the heat. If they're not going to have AC at least they should make sure they change the bedding to provide bed clothes that are appropriate for the temperature. The duvet was a winter duvet and made us sweat like crazy. On top of that the restaurant staff was moving restaurant furniture until 1am completely preventing us from sleeping. I had never seen that in my life. Way too much carpet in the hotel and a very tacky decoration. We had booked 2 nights and we left after the first night. Given our horrible experience we thought they'd obviously refund the second night. But they refused... unbelievable

Accueil très chaleureux et personnel vraiment à votre service, chambre confortable et propre, literie excellente. Très bien situé à 5 mn à pied du centre ville, calme et facilement accessible. Quelques petits détails qui manquent quand on est dans un 5 étoiles: - Les toilettes de la salle de bain ne permettent pas de s'asseoir tant l'espace devant est petit, - La pression d'eau dans la douche était un peu faible, - Les poubelles qui trainent à l'entrée à droite et à gauche de l'entrée de l'hôtel, pratiquement toute la journée, - Le remplissage des thés/cafés mis à disposition dans la chambre qui ne s'est pas fait; - Les gâteaux (cookies) offerts ne sont vraiment pas terrible. A part cela nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

En plein centre du Vieux Lille, un beau bâtiment
Peu de chambres, très bien rénovées et aménagées. Excellent petit déjeuner. Seul bémol : vous réservez une place de parking, on vous déplace dans un autre parking votre voiture sans que vous le sachiez. Résultat : vous attendez 15 minutes que l'on vous ramène votre voiture.

Deuxième et excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel décoré avec goût sans être tapageur. Les chambres sont agréables et propres. Le personnel est aimable, disponible et d’un professionnalisme à la hauteur de l’établissement. Nous allons régulièrement à Lille, nous resterons fidèle à ce lieu où nous passons d’agréables séjours. Gute Lage in Lille
Sehr freundliches, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Allerdings musste ich nach einer 800-km-Fahrt fast 15 Minuten beim Check-in warten (Telefongespräch des Receptionisten wollte nicht mehr enden) und das Zimmer war ausserordentlich klein. Ansonsten aber sehr sauber. Gut gelegen in der Altstadt von Lille.

Lovely, elegant, secluded.
This lovely hotel is in a restored 18th-century building that is secluded enough to be quiet, but just steps away from the activity and restaurants of Old Town. I can’t say I loved the decor of my room – – a little too heavy on the orange for my taste – – but it was a plush, luxurious place to stay and the staff was unfeelingly pleasant. I wished I could have stayed longer than just one night.

Really loved this Hotel , great room and vibe to this place , a little annoyed that we were asked to leave the key to my car at reception ! as we had parked in a designated bay in front of the hotel I wondered why ? , on returning to my car it had been moved facing the other way but in the same spot ! I know it sounds a bit trivial , but it’s a very high value car and I’m not happy others moving it for no reason I could see !!
