The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Ihana, tunnelmallinen hotelli! Todella siisti ja henkilökunta ystÀvÀllistÀ. Iso miinus aamupalasta ja ruoasta. Aamupala oli todella niukka, olematon.

Everything was great. The staff were brilliant. I didnât manage to catch the guys name, but he went above and beyond for us. The only thing that we had a little issue with, and it doesn't take away from a great stay, is that the tellies in the room would lose signal, freeze and jump around.

Room was clean & spacious. Shower head needs descaling or replacing as only 2/3 of the holes were patent. Shower tray very slippery, no non-slip mat provided. Tea tray was basic. View from room over Campbell Park was lovely. We ate in the restaurant Fourteen which was lovely, food delicious and service ...
