Tämä huoneisto on ihanteellinen pienelle tai suurelle perheelle. Tuntuu poissa kotoa! Siinä on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa on pääsy parvekkeelle, joka on kytketty olohuoneeseen. Sekä makuuhuoneessa että olohuoneessa on hämmästyttävä merinäköala. Kahdessa pienemmässä makuuhuoneessa on ikkunat kaupunkiin päin, ja niissä on kylpyhuone. Viimeinen makuuhuone on pieni, mutta se on yksityinen. Siinä on parivuode eikä siinä ole ikkunoita. Tämä makuuhuone on vieressä puolet kylpy. Koti on aivan uusi ja se sijaitsee keskellä Mirafloresin lentokenttää ja turistialuetta. 15 minuutin päässä lentokentältä ja 15 minuutin päässä Mirafloresista. Se on täydellinen suurelle perheelle tai suurelle ystäväryhmälle, joka haluaa löytää Liman erittäin edulliseen hintaan tai tarvitsee viihtyisän ja mukavan oleskelupaikan lomaansa aikana Limassa. Säästä 24 tunnin vastaanoton suojauksella. Huoneistossa on uima-allas (varaus vaaditaan etukäteen), kuntosali, lasten leikkipaikka, pesutupa.

The place is clean and the host is very nice. Good view and safe place. Rooms are small but it very good for us for 4 people. It doesn’t have shampoo.

Safe and secure building, everyone we met was friendly and welcomining. Plenty of places to eat within a few blocks, and ATM's at the gas stations. The green parks and walkways out front are nice.

Nice location, but...

This apartment is a nice location with beautiful views, but... we did have several issues, some of which were not the owner's problems, but some were. 1. When we arrived with an SUV with a rack on top, we could not used the provided space in the parking garage due to the sprinkler system being too low for my vehicle... wound up renting a parking space about 1 KM away. 2. Keypad for the apartment was not working, so had to use conventional key. 3. When we opened the door, wind blew into our faces because every balcony door and every window was cracked open, making the apartment chilly and contributing to the next issue. 4. The apartment hadn't been cleaned for some time, or Lima smog had coated most things with a fine layer of black smog, possibly due to the open windows and doors. 5. No water in the guest bathroom, until I opened the main shutoff on the bathroom wall (most foreign guests would not know about that valve). 6. The main bath for the master bedroom never had hot water... not sure why? Guest bathroom had, but ran out of hot water rather quickly. The apartment is older, but has good potential. So many little details left us disappointed with what looked to be a nice experience. Hope that many of these issues can be resolved for other guests to have a better experience.

It's OK

First the good. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linens were nice. The owner was great about check-in, information, and everything else. It is pretty spacious given an apartment. The need to know. No access from the apartment to the beach, 6 lanes of traffic with no crossings. And even if you could, there is no swimming allowed. It is a long way from anywhere, you need a car. No grocery store, restaurant, etc. anywhere nearby. The pool didn't seem to be heated and it is in a courtyard with not a lot of sun. It is incredibly noisy with major construction on the back that looks like a long-term project, and roads in the front where the balcony is. The bad. The floor was really dirty as was the stove and oven. The curtains in the main bedroom don't fully cover the sliding door so there is a lot of light, and in the second bedroom (facing east) only sheers. Shower floor very slippery. Few things provided. No shampoo, dishwashing liquid, personal soap (other than pump antibacterial), bath towels are one per person and an bathmat, no washcloth or hand towels. No pot holders to take things off the stove, sponge, or dishtowel. No salt/pepper/coffee filters or coffee, etc. This is an issue because there is not store nearby, a tiny bodega that has very few things. We ended up having to get a rental car, and then there was the parking issue. When we were there, they were working on the front door so you couldn't use it all day except for their lunch hour.

Great views & cozy beds

We loved waking up to the view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed and the apartment has lots of beds and comfortable living area. We had questions about the laundry facilities which we discovered was easier to send out. Other than that we had no issues and appreciated using the airport pickup service too! Thank you for a lovely stay. ❤️🤠

Very disappointing

We booked for 3 nights, but left after the first night. The apartment was not clean - there were black hairs all over the sheets in the two main bedrooms, the walls were very dirty. We arrived later in the evening and there were so many people partying in the building. The loud music went all night until after 8 am - it was awful. We were traveling with family and had 2 kids under the age of 2 - it was not the vacation we were looking for. The host was super responsive before we arrived, but when we complained after the next morning and asked for a refund, we stopped hearing from her. We are extremely disappointed in the property and in Vrbo for not helping us in finding a solution. We have 11 properties ourselves listed on Vrbo, and would never treat a guests like this.

Comfortable Stay for a Large Group

Stayed here with a group of friends and it was very clean and comfortable! Perfect individual beds and bedrooms. The location was a bit secluded from things but it was located relatively close to the airport so it was convenient for a quick overnight.

The apartment was very clean and easy to access. Silvanna is a wonderful hostess and was wonderful about communication. She arranged a ride from the Lima airport and back which was super helpful. Lima is a very, very busy city with a lot of cars. We weren't quite prepared for Lima itself. Lol. But I recommend this apartment and the ride offered by Silvanna.

5 beds so it is perfect for a family like ours.... A 15-20 minute drive north to museums and more... The same distance to Miraflores and barranco... 30 Min to the airport... (so good location) We visited in the winter so we couldn't use the pool and the pool table and Foosball tables were under maintenance... I am spoiled when it comes to gyms and move heavy weights in the gym so I was under impressed with the gym but if you are looking for cardio, this gym should work... There is a ni e Park out front for the kids as well as a small secure area for smaller kids... The grill area as well as all common areas are clean and maintained... The security and porteros are attentive and try to help... All in all great place to stay.

Enchanting !

We stood here for two nights, the place was enchanting, very cozy. I enjoyed very much my cup of coffee in the balcony while seeing the sun rise up. My four kids enjoyed it the most and each had their own bed and privacy. They didn’t leave the apartment except to get some souvenirs. It was nice walking to get fresh bread and everything I needed to make breakfast. Just make a right on your way out of the apartment and then another right and you’ll see the little store crossing the street. Silvana thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us, we’re definitely coming back.

Great apartment with an amazing view of the ocean! It truly is ocean front. The owner was very responsive and the property was clean. Very spacious and comfortable, as well as very bright with gorgeous sunlight brightening the apartment. I also felt safe in the building, with quiet neighbors and nice security personnel at the entrance of the building. The only thing was that it’s a little difficult to get transportation and there are not many restaurants or eateries in the vicinity. Overall I highly recommend the property

We used this apartment for a brief stay on our way to Cusco. The Apartment is in an up and coming area with great views of the ocean. The apartment was clean and very accessible to the airport.
