Staff went above and beyond especially considering I’d arrived a day early ! The manager and reception staff went out of their way to resolve the situation. Restaurant excellent, would recommend.

. Beech Hill & Spa Windermere Terrace and views = outstanding. Walk down to sit by the lake = very nice indeed. Deco and furnishings = very nice. Parking = free - nice - can become overcrowded very quickly. Staff = nice, they try hard. Spa = indoors is nice if a little small. ...

We stayed here just as a stop over and it was a very small and low double bed in a huge room. It wasnt the cleanest so I was glad I had slippers with me. Shower ceiling was too low for a 6'2 person so my partner had to crouch. The main parts of the hotel looked nice on arrival, but we didnt make ...
