Very clean and tidy… perfect place for a base to visit York.. Short distance walk into the centre. Parking onsite which is great and a bargain, £8 for 24 hours at the property .. we got robbed at £18 from 10 till 2:30 in the shambles storey car park .. 😳😂
Would definitely stop here again. 😁

What a beautiful room! Great to have a sofa and a big tv with lots of channels to choose from.
Slept fairly well, but there was no aircon and the windows opened just a little bit.
It’s a bit far from the city centre but totally walkable. Train station about 10 min walk away. It was a lovely stay overall, but very pricey.

Hotel is cute and well located. Only 10 minutes walk from the city. There are good parking places. Room was big and air-condition was good.
Cleaning quality variated a lot between days. Hotel charged extra for our 1 year old child’s breakfast even it was bought advance.

"Very comfortable one night stay in a nice, clean hotel set in wonderful grounds. Staff were all professional and friendly. Food presentation and quality was excellent. Bar area cosy and relaxing. 3 star hotel with a 5 star service. Only negative for me is the bathroom in the larger executive room ..."
