”Phòng trang thiết bị xuống cấp, vệ sinh phòng chưa sạch 5/10 , mình có lấy thêm phòng cho a tài xế thì bị đưa lộn phòng 2 giường đã vậy máy lạnh kêu làm không ai ngủ ngon,mình cho 3 sao vì mình nghỉ khu vực này chổ này cũng khá ổn, nhưng muốn goap ý để khách sạn khắc phục tình trạng vệ sinh phòng và tiếng ông của máy lạnh, và thay thế những trang thiết bị bị xuống cấp quá cũ !!!”

”Lobby was like 4,5 star hotel should have. But Otherwise, I would say it was very standard 3-star hotel. Location in District 5 so it was growdy, noicy and super busy. I will not recommend this hotel. By the way, we were put on a smoker room (i thought those do not exist anymore) and it was too difficult to change room. Based on breakfast, hotel was not fully booked.”

"Good location. Walking distance to main areas. We had view to Saigon river from high floor, which was nice. Everything works in the room, the staff is friendly and pool area with badminton court and sofa’s is like a little oasis. There are four restaurants inside hotel to select. Buffee dinner is super good and selection of foods is huge. I definitely go back here next time. This has been the best experience in Saigon so far out of nine hotels I have been here."
