”Our trip didn’t quite go as planned, but the hotel staff were amazing. After our flight was cancelled, we had to cancel our original booking, but managed to get a later flight. Carol, the manager, came in on her day off to help sort things out so we wouldn’t be charged twice.
The food was also great; my husband said his fish and chips were some of the biggest he’s had (and he’s had a lot!).
The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed including tea and coffee, a TV, fan, iron...
”We stayed two nights on our trip to explore Manchester. We selected the hotel based on location, near to Piccadilly station and the northern quarters and because the breakfast was included. The hotel is no-thrills, simple and practical. The room was clean, warm and had working bathroom and confy bed. The location was practical, next to Aldi, with nice restaurants in the vicinity. ”

”Nice and clean hotel with a great location. Breakfast was better than expected. Service was also really good. The breakfast service had a really nice lady and loved how she asked for any intolerances, don't get that a lot!”
