Loistava hotelli! Palvelu oli loistavaa, huone oli hiljainen, siisti, tilava ja nykyaikainen. Joka ilta huoneeseen sai uudet vesipullot ja pari palaa suklaata. Kattoallastila on hieman pieni ja aurinkotuoleille oli aina pitkä jono. Altaan viereen mahtui kuitenkin aina ottamaan aurinkoa. Uima-altaalta on hienot näkymät merelle, tosin allas on vain 90cm syvä, joten uimaan halutessaan kannattaa mennä alakerran uima-altaalle. Alakerrasta löytyvä kuntosali oli ihan ok (käsipainoja vain 14 kiloon asti), lämmitetty uima-allas oli hyvänkokoinen (25 m), suomalainen sauna oli hyvä suomalaisellakin mitta-asteikolla. Hotellin sijainti on ihan ok. Kauppakeskus löytyy ihan nurkan takaa ja useita hyviä ravintoloita on ihan vieressä. Metroasemalle on noin 600 metriä. Vanhaan kaupunkiin ja turistiytimeen on matkaa noin 3 kilometriä. Helppo kävely kerran päivässä, toki metrollakin pääsee. Menisin tähän hotelliin toistekin.

Hyvätasoinen hotelli, aamupala loistava. Vieressä ostoskeskus ja hyvät liikenneyhteydet. Allasalue hyvä, joskin aurinkotuoleja niukasti. Huoneet siistit ja avarat. Kuntosali hyvä. Paljon matkustaneena menee omassa hotellirankingissa top5. Voisin ehdottomasti mennä uudestaan kyseiseen hotelliin.

Location was great, lovely spacious hotel. Would definitely recommend and will check this group of hotels out in the future. The only concern we had was the drainage smells coming from the shower and landing area. Would be good to address this problem.

This Epic Sana is one of my favourite hotels in Lisbon....The breakfast is wonderful. Flawless. The rooms are modern and comfortable... I like carpet on the floor The one thing the hotel services should do better is to check the sinks and the shower drains regularly......They tend to get clogged easily......and when it happens they get stinky and dirty

これまで宿泊した中で最も快適なホテルでした。パーフェクトです。 ホテルの場所は、主な観光地から少し遠いですが、３０分程度の徒歩を厭わないならば問題ありません。またタクシーを呼べば数分でホテルまで来てくれます。
