L'hébergement se situe dans un immeuble avec les locaux, au 3eme étage, aucune indication sur l'interphone, heureusement l'employée qui m'attendait et descendu pour m'accueillir, elle parlais uniquement portugais quelques mots d'anglais, elle fut fort sympathique et souriante, nous avons réussi à nous comprendre avec des gestes et des mots. L'hébergement est composé de 2 appartements, la cuisine était dans l'autre appartement. Ma chambre se trouvait à côté de l'accueil, c'était horrible le soir pour dormir, l'employé qui était présent pour accueillir les voyageurs était très bruyant, il parlait très fort au téléphone sans se soucier des personnes déjà présentes dans le lieu. Impossible de dormir avant 23h car l'accueil des voyageurs se fesait jusqu'à 23h. Heureusement que j'avais prévu des bouchons d'oreilles car aucune insonorisation. En ce qui concerne "la chambre" que j'ai louée, elle était médiocre et donnée côté rue avec absence de double vitrage donc extrêmement bruyant. La literie était moyenne, la housse de couette était tachée (ancienne tâche pas partie au lavage), absence de protège matelas (drap posé directement sur le matelas). Une toute petite télé accrochée au mur (taille d'une télé de bureau). La salle de bain n'était pas très propre, ils n'ont même pas rempli les distributeurs de savons avant mon arrivée, celui du lavabo rempli à 1/3, celui de la baignoire était quasi vide. Bref l'hébergement en lui même n'était pas au rendez vous, Lisbonne est une belle ville

Malgré des avis très négatifs, ce fut une très bonne surprise : une chambre propre, ainsi que le linge de lit et de toilette irréprochables. Certes le mobilier n'est pas de première jeunesse, mais le matelas est très confortable, et rien ne manque. Il y a même un petit frigo, très pratique et une cuisine à disposition (non vue car non utilisée). Le tout dans un quartier calme, à proximité de toutes commodités (commerces, restos, cafés...) et des quartiers touristiques, et à 2 minutes d'une station de métro. La personne qui nous a accueillis était aimable et très agréable... Bref, une excellente expérience, où je retournerai sans hésitation !

Property was clean and in a good location. However even though the website states "Storage area for luggage" this was not available either before or after my check in which caused a lot of issues. I was told the hostel never allow this as their rule. I have never had this policy before and especially disappointing given it says it is possible on the website.

The heating doesn’t work and it was cold and the room was humid and dirty I didn’t sleep even I tried any ways it was so so bad experience in this guesthouse

It's very good value for money. No frills basic clean accommodation. It's near to Lidl, the metro and the 28 tram so for budget accommodation it's an excellent choice. It's in a multicultural part of the city and the locals are very friendly and you will be amongst people from all over the world.

El servicio prestado es pésimo, este hotel dice que esta ubicado en una parte central y queda alejado de todo, el personal que atiende no se preocupa por la comodidad de los huéspedes y tienen un trato muy desafortunado. Es un muy mal servicio el que ofrecen

Ma pire expérience Lisbonne
En tant qu’ancien expatrié portugais, ça été la pire expérience de ma vie dans un hôtel dans mon propre pays. Accueil froid et indifférent de la part du réceptionniste. Nous avons été accueilli dans un couloir qui ne correspond pas du tout aux photos sur internet. La cuisine, il n’y avait rien du tout à part des gobelets en plastique. Une honte ! Au niveau de l’isolation on n’en parle même pas. On entend tout ce qu’il se passe. Si quelqu’un rentre, les portes qui claquent. Sans parler d’un bruit de canalisation infernal dans les murs qui a duré de 22h40 au moment où je me suis couché, jusqu’à 1h du matin, impossible de m’endormir. En colère, je vais à l’accueil. Il n’y avait personne pour m’aider à trouver une solution ! J’appelle le numéro qui était affiché sur la porte et personne répond. Ce n’est pas normal ! S’il y a une urgence avec un client, comment faisons-nous ? J’ai payé 70€ dans une nuit, ce n’est pas rien pour une prestation pas du tout à la hauteur. S’il vous plaît ne venez jamais ici ! Vous risquez de gâcher vos vacances. Le seul point positif mais le seul .. c’est la localisation.

Simple et bien situé dans vieux quartier
Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Disponibilité immédiate, personne répondant au téléphone et serviable. Pas facile à trouver, 3 eme étage mais heureusement l’ascenseur fonctionnait ! Calme et très bien situé. Simple et spartiate mais revient à 40 euros la nuit ( on était 3) . C’est parfait quand les avions sont en retard !

Nice clean accommodation for a good price
For the one night that we had to stay in Lisbon, it was a good deal. Clean and simple. Not a five star hotel but satisfying enough. I would recommend it to anyone who just need clean accommodation aspeacealy for a short stay. The rates are great too.

You can choose at the same price a better place. The quarter and the street has no interest and the street is empty at night and with limited light. Few restaurants (Nepali or Indian mainly). Good supermarket exactly at the builfding entrance. It is not a hotel is a flat in a building (in fact it is a guest house) but very poor the decoration, the quality of the room, essential. My room had a window on the kitchen and the kitchen was outside my room. Not advisable. The metro is good because is at few steps and the tram 28E has a stop in the main street. For the rest: I do not suggest to stay there.

Não recomendo definitivamente, foram 10 diárias (suportei porque os hotéis estavam muito caros pra mudar de hospedagem) quarto nos fundos ruim, o disjuntor precisava ficar ligando porque caía a energia constantemente então imagina o calor e ar condicionado sem funcionar. Wi-Fi muito fraco e caindo. Área com certa insegurança. Resumindo: acomodação cara pelo que oferece e também localização insegura.

Il check-in è stato pessimo, purtroppo non avevamo tenuto conto dell'orario del check-in e avevamo dato un po' per scontato che almeno le valigie le potevamo lasciare in struttura, invece non è stato possibile. La stanza era situata al terzo piano raggiungibile con un ascensore poco raccomandato. Si salva per la posizione strategica e il prezzo relativamente basso.

Yo avise al hotel que llegaba a las 1130 de la noche y nadie me recibió, tuve que pasar la noche en el aeropuerto porque nadie contestó por WhatsApp ni por ningún lado me dio respuesta. Espero que por lo menos me devuelvan el dinero en la reclamación que puse.

Whatever you do! Do not book here. No one’s available to talk to. The place looks very shady. You cannot use the elevator because it’s old. A resident came out with anger cause we trying to knock at the receptionist on the third floor. We did not feel safe n left the place. Expedia asked for a refund but they refused to give. We are very upset for not getting refunded. Please pay a tad extra but don’t stay here

Ich warte immernoch auf meine Erstattung weil ich erst am Folgetag einchecken konnte. Auf den Bildern war eine Waschmaschine die niergens zu sehen war, die Küche hatte lediglich 2 Tassen für das ganze Stockwerk, die Badewanne wurde nie richtig gereinigt, kein Shampoo nur ekelhafte Seife. Ich werde es niemanden empfehlen hätte ich die Möglichkeit dann würde ich auch diesen 1 Stern nicht geben.
