Lomamökit – Little Gasparilla Island

”This was one of our favorite stays EVER. You have the paradise of the Bay on one side and the beach on the other! We fished off the dock and caught tons of catfish. Then by simply crossing the beach road, we entered the beach and the water was turquoise and the temperature of bath water! We found so many shark teeth and beautiful shells. ”This home was perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The golf cart was in the shop, so the owners rented one for us to use. It was so much fun cruising around the island, loading it up with the beach chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach and taking it to see the sunsets. We didn't use the kayaks, because it seemed a bit far to walk them to the beach, but it would have been doable. There were bikes, but only 1 was usable after a little work. ”We have been to this property multiple times but this is the first since the hurricane. Things were slightly different but no less amazing! Such a warm cozy feel to this beachfront cottage. We thought the beach was close BEFORE the hurricane!…It is now literally steps from the new patio!!
