”Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up”

”Claire was very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a view of the beautiful garden. She did a typical English breakfast which was delicious with fresh fruit and other goodies. I would recommend.”

”Nice hotel in quiet location with lovely outside area. One member of hotel staff unhelpful when we advised that the WiFi was unavailable. Good evening meal, breakfast offered a reasonable choice but cooked option wasn’t great. Good hotel for the money though.”

”There was no aircon in the first room we got and this was the reason why we have booked a room here. Receptionist said they have broken aircon units and they have removed from their website the aircon and let Expedia and other booking site know 10 days ago to remove the aircon in the rooms. So we said we live if there is no aircon as that was the reason we booked to sleep well and go to work next day. The 2x receptionist lady was very nice and find a room with aircon. ”Fabulous stay for our son’s graduation. We had three rooms ours (no5) definitely the best. Great value for money with breakfast included. We ate in the restaurant too and the food was definitely, breakfast included the morning was tasty too. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive.”
