”Our group of four absolutely loved staying in this cottage. We all agreed we would be happy to live there . While the cottage initially looked like it could use some maintenance on the outside - it didn’t. It’s a true old Florida cottage.Inside it’s so well decorated and comfortable. The beds were comfy, bathrooms good and well stocked with clean towels. There were plenty of beach towels, too.And a short walk past one condo, then across a street to a beach park directly by the ocean. We got up...

”Really enjoyed our stay, unit was clean and comfortable. Location is very good, bicycles are provided but not used due to excessive temps. Amenities were good, washing machine a bit noisy, but worked well. A couple extra rolls of TP would have been good. Lovely little town, a list of local restaurants and merchants would be very helpful. Nice to have 2 parking spots, a note posted with the day trash/recycle goes to the curb would be good. Would gladly put barrels out for pickup, but didn't...

”We were so pleased with our stay at the Cobia Cottage. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing . We loved being close to the beaches, as well as all the restaurants and shops in the area. While the neighborhood is an older neighborhood, we appreciated how your house was newly renovated and the outside well manicured . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint . It was the perfect stay for us as we were seeing our daughter off to college ....
