”This was a surprise packet! One of the least expensive BnB options we have been experiencing but almost everything was done so well. Fresh, clean, comfortable, great staff, good breakfast. Close enough to Wrexham town centre for good accessibility by car but it just seems as if it is more in the country than the city.”

”Amazing break! Staff all friendly. Food in main restaurant was amazing and had a great massage at spa by Hannah. Spa was all lovely and clean and not overcrowded. The only thing was the relaxation room was not open after our massage as we chose the last session. The pastries at breakfast were not worth the calories as a bit stodgy. Other dishes were absolutely amazing. Thanks”

”Looking quite tired now in some of the rooms and have had to report maintenance requirements in different on my last 3 stays. Change of policy to not offer breakfast as part of a package without any change in price is sneaky and wasn't communicated at booking.”

”Dirty and tired room. No climate control so was like an oven and waited 2 hours for a fan after repeatedly being lied to by reception that someone was “on their way”. Rooms clearly don’t get vacuumed”

”Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, but needs some updating. Thete was plenty of space for more drawers for clothes, a table/ rack for a suitcase , and a small table between the chairs would have been useful. The pool and spa area was excellent. The gardens are lovely. The restaurant was heavily influenced by spice - too much for older taste buds, but the chef was accommodating! ”

”We loved the rooms and the hotel. It is in a great location and there is good underground parking albeit £20 pn. Some of the rooms and areas are starting to look a little bit tatty in places. The chair I sat on in the dining area was quite disgusting. It was covered in stains. I would not bother with the breakfast. It is really terrible. We had the continental offering.Porridge tasted like the milk had gone off and took about 30 minutes from order to serving.My husband ordered toast and it was...

”Excellent location and friendly staff! There was a lovely lady called jules on the reception who was very helpful throughout my stay. Only bad thing is that the windows in the room don’t open so air can feel quite foisty but the aircon was good”
