Great hotel with good location
"A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didnât bother us! If weâre coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back!"

"My room was nice. I could have had nicer pillows and a remote control that worked. I had breakfast but wasnât told what time it was, as the staff were new at the desk. Otherwise it was lovely, minor issues."

"Highly recommended hotel with good facilities. Rooms are excellent but the duvet was a little thin for a cold night. We did ask for extra bottled water but never received it."
