Service at breakfast was very poor. 5 staff stood talking at reception desk at breakfast and had eaten breakfast before we ask 3 staff for coffee or tea. We waited 20 minutes before we got tea & coffee. Otherwise everything was perfect. ”
”Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno.

”It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile.
Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50.
All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms.”

”When we arrived there was no wait at the check in all went very smoothly. We got the lift up to the 2nd floor and our room was only a couple of doors down. The room was plenty big enough, with a sea view when you looked up the street. the room was adequatly furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and vanity table. The communal areas both inside and out are lovely and the staff are very friendly.
The food served in the restaurant is tasty and well priced. We paid for breakfast to be included and it was delicious.
We had a room with a sea view located at the front of the property and it was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable, too.

”I rated all the things I liked.....only one small issue....a slightly off putting shower...it was one with a fitting to each tap..hot/cold over a bath....but due to a panel being fixed half way along the bath you had to be under it to gauge the water temparature.... needless to say I gave it a miss..... they need to install an electric shower maybe?”
