”Everything was perfect, except on the last day Sunday 27th july. Service at breakfast was very poor. 5 staff stood talking at reception desk at breakfast and had eaten breakfast before we ask 3 staff for coffee or tea. We waited 20 minutes before we got tea & coffee. Otherwise everything was perfect. ”
”Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno.

”It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile.
Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50.
All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms.”

”From booking, checking in and throughout our stay communication was excellent. The owner has gone above and beyond to making our stay home from home. Attention to detail , lots of extras and so much thought has gone into making the guests experience brilliant. The decor, furniture, provisions in the kitchen, dvds, games, fluffy towels! And even providing robes was unexpected... plus the toiletries!!! We really loved staying there. Thank you. ”
