”Superior room was excellent, welcoming and well presented on arrival. The guests living room was a great place to spend a cosy evening in front of the wood burning stove. Breakfast was excellent, fresh produce and good choice, and the fresh eggs were memorable. The electric charge point was a bonus. ”

The common area was lovely with extra amenities. Check-in at the Erskine Arms (immediately across the road) was quick and easy. ”I looked for a reasonably priced place to stay in Llandudno for one night and The Broadway was showing on Expedia. For what I was paying and the information given on checking in I wasn't expecting much as it said the desk isn't manned so thought I would have problems checking in. How wrong was I. You had to ring the bell to gain entrance but I was answered within a minute by a smiling and friendly, I assumed, owner of the property.
