”The Hotel looked really nice from outside but BEWARE booking this hotel on Expedia. We booked a room over a year in advance and after driving 300 miles for 6 hours the desk workers informed us that the hotel doesn't actually recognise booking made through Expedia. We were not informed of this until we turned up only to find we had no where to stay for the night. Expedia were incredibly unhelpful on the phone and after an hour of trying to sort out their mistakes I hung up the phone and sorted...

”We had a good stay at the Sloop Inn. Lovely friendly staff. The best breakfast. The property is a little dated, and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but it was all good for a one-night stay. Would recommend.”

”We loved our stay at Llechwen Hall Hotel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There are two steep steps to the restaurant that we couldn’t manage due to disabilities but the staff served us in the lounge area so not a problem. We can certainly recommend this Hotel.”

”Absolutely wonderful staff and the room was amazing!! The only issue (not their fault) they put me on the top floor and I struggle with stairs a lot as I’m disabled.. so, I booked a small single room but they have a huge room with a double and two singles great bathroom windows that open for air and the bed was great and the hot chocolate n biscuits. But I almost fell asleep my legs died underneath me and I was too shaky for what looked and slightly tasted like a fab breakfast. I was just...

”Beautiful hotel, great location, immaculate and picturesque gardens. Rooms well decorated, clean, really can't complain about the aesthetics. Staff attentive. Breakfast choice very good and delicious. Our only complaint was the noise in the beer garden. The weather was really good, and so, attracted people (guests & non guests) to the beer garden. Music stopped playing at 1110, however, a number of people remained until approx 1am and were so loud, they (non guests) were asked by staff at...

”A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...
