”What a fantastic and peaceful 5 night stay. The hut was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and peaceful get away, and would certainly stay there again. Due to the hot weather and many wildfires in Wales, there was a BBQ and fire ban, so we had to alter what we had planned to cook, with only 2 hob rings, a microwave and a small fridge, but with a bit of organisation and regular...

”A friendly welcome to the property. Although nowhere in the village to eat in the evening, we were recommended a restaurant 5 minute drive away in Corwen. Straightforward continental breakfast in the morning available. As the pub shut at 10pm, there was no late night noise so enjoyed a good night's sleep. A great base for exploring the area.”

”It is located in a quiet and very beautiful part of the country. A perfect place to relax for a few days.”

”Fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town. Sean was incredibly accommodating from the minute I arrived, providing me with books and information of snowdon routes ahead of my climb! Absolute 10/10 breakfast cooked by sean, again he was very accommodating providing me the option to have it earlier than the usual time so I could get up the mountain quicker. If I ever return I’ll be sure to stay here again, fantastic stay.”

”First time visitors. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. We will be back.”

”It was basic but clean, bed was comfortable was ideal for what we wanted”

”Excellent place to stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Cosy bedroom, comfy beds. All very clean. The food was tasty. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfasts.”

”Shame they ran out of hot water in the evening”

”Nice setting and very clean. Unfortunately, the property wasn't equipped for the hot weather. Luckily, we brought our own fan, as the place became very warm. For the price we paid, I would have expected at least a couple of fans to be provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but this is something that could definitely be improved.”

”Brief stay for a local wedding. Staff v friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Easy checkout.”

”hot tub with spotless and clean and well maintained ”

”Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour. Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain.”

”Lovely rural farmhouse in charming location. Perfect for families. Quiet and peaceful. Near to North Wales tourist destinations like Llangollen, Bala and Snowdonia. Would definitely return again.”

”The Coach House is a lovely property with incredible views. The property was immaculate and lots of consideration given to travellers. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. The house is cosy and welcoming at the end of a long day. Chris has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris x”

”Happy with all the facilities and upkeep of the property. Owner was kind enough to guide us to the property too. All in all, nice quiet experience; just what we wanted for the half term holidays”
