”We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms, the Sweeney 2 was in a perfect location, its clean, its tidy, its convenient, what else do you need. Delaynes Restaurant which is within the same building is beautiful, make sure you book though as it’s always busy ”
”Stayed for the weekend with the family (2 adults & 2 kids aged 8 & 6). Room was a good size and clean. Great amenities on site - playpark, cinema, swimming pool, soft play & amazing pizza at the resort's Italian restaurant. ”
”Check in was easy you get a code sent for the front and room door, very well equipped with a small kitchen area with a fridge which when travelling with a dog was really useful for the food. Bed lovely and comfy with a small balcony area to sit out and as the weather was so good was perfect. Ample parking with a very short walk into Aviemore, plenty local shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants to choose from

”Old school stately charm, the staff make an effort to provide a luxurious experience in this historically grand hotel. Great to have a bathtub, bathrooms have been renovated. Treats and coffee/tea provided in the room. Friendly and cozy pub for visitors and locals with full menu available. Grand, formal dining room and halls for guests. Typical Scottish decor, plaid carpets with random sections of scenic wallpaper amid beautiful old woodworking.

”Hosts were very friendly and attentive, providing a great welcome and suggestions for dinner in the evening, as well as a recommendation of an activity to do the next day after we checked out.
Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself.
Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue.
