”We are grateful for Kevin that he immediately responded to our call. We checked in around 1930, noticed that we had a problem with our boiler. He did his best to troubleshoot it but still not working. We were then upgraded to a new caravan nearest to the lake! He helped us transfer all our bags and goods.

The room was clean, bed was comfy, the room heated up quickly, there is a kettle in the room and there's plenty of parking. It might look nice in the pictures and from outside, but is is horrible inside. The smell in corridors is very damp and bad and how the rooms are renovated, it must be rotten inside the walls. The room was clean (that is the only thing done right), but the smell of damp is in the towels too. I´ve never been a hotel that had so worn out sheets (it has holes in it..)
All the sounds from the other rooms and corridor comes straight through the walls and...
