”Olimme varanneet standard-huoneen, mutta jostain syystä meidät majoitettiin ensimmäiseksi yöksi ulkorakennuksessa sijaitsevaan budget-huoneeseen, jossa ei ollut ollenkaan esim. kunnollista ikkunaa, vain pieni luukku, ja huone oli muutenkin todella vaatimaton ja kulunut. Olimme aika järkyttyneitä huoneen laadusta. Emme missään tapauksessa olisi valinneet tätä vaihtoehtoa. Seuraavana päivänä saimme varaamamme huoneen + rahallisen hyvityksen erehdyksestä. ”Not worth of the money, not at all! It might look nice in the pictures and from outside, but is is horrible inside. The smell in corridors is very damp and bad and how the rooms are renovated, it must be rotten inside the walls. The room was clean (that is the only thing done right), but the smell of damp is in the towels too. I´ve never been a hotel that had so worn out sheets (it has holes in it..) All the sounds from the other rooms and corridor comes straight through the walls and...

”The owners and staff were absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating as we were getting married at the end of our stay with them. Our room was very clean bright and well decorated. ”We stayed in one of the chalets for 3 night and enjoyed our stay very much! It was comfortable, clean and warm with a nice view of the lake. Staff were friendly - we had a kitchen tap broken and it was checked right away and fixed the next day. We would consider staying again in the future.”

”This is a great place located around a mile or so from Strontian, off the beaten track. I had the twin (bunk bed) room in the bunkhouse next to the kitchen. Room was clean, tidy with a separate toilet, shower, sink. The TV and Freesat did not work (no channels) but frankly that didn’t matter as the weekend was about getting away from the Rat Race. Bed was small (but I big), but comfortable. The sound of a babbling brook, the smell of wood smoke and stars in the dark sky at night was enough...

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is located by a lake and had a nice view. The room was OK size, with a nice and clean bathroom.
