”Beautiful, old building set in lovely gardens. There was a lot of open space and the accommodation was well spread out. It was nice to have a terrace to sit and enjoy a coffee. The Spa was very nice but I can imagine it gets very busy at certain times of the day.

The White Buck is located in Burley, in the New Forest, Hampshire. Ideally placed for both Hampshire/Dorset coastline, and lots of picturesque villages and towns for sightseeing. Don't forget the New Forest ponies!

"Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not exceptionel."
