”Wonderful, quiet, peaceful lake. Home was quite clean but does have a very musty odor if you have allergies. King bed in the basement is 2 twin beds pushed together with a mattress pad on top which was comfortable enough but the middle does tend to sink in if you roll into the middle. Was quite hot upstairs without any a/c but the basement stayed nice and cool. Overall a very nice getaway if you are looking for off the beaten bath and beautiful UP nature/scenery.”

”The check in process was simple. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The three bedrooms and large living room gave our family of six enough space to move around and not feel cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Our kids loved kayaking around Boston Lake and fishing off the dock and around the lake. The hot tub was a nice perk. The neighborhood was quiet. This is one of the better VRBOs we've stayed in. We would definitely come back.”

”Beautiful gorgeous stunning building. I love lore and the hosts offer it all up. The character of this building is nice to get to know, we left grateful that it’s getting another life. I am excited to see the host’s vision for renovation come together as the work done so far is well done. I’ll definitely be back. We only got to stay one night as we were catching the ferry to the isle. That said, our stay was comfortable, we felt safe, there’s a cat (we’re cat people), and there was thimbleberry...
