”It was a wonderful place to stay nestled in the woods. We had a family from Berlin, Germany staying with my husband.and I! The children ages 9,11, and 14, We had access to the lake and water park across the street so that was a bonus! I do have a complaint about the kitchen, no paper towels, no dishcloths (the dishwasher was broken) and only 2 wine glasses! Also, there was a bit of coffee for us but you should have a Keurig coffee maker as well! We brought Keurig pods with us, and/or a bigger...

”We had a great time! Location was convenient to both Mackinaw City and Cheboygan. Dog friendly with room to let them play and a great trail to walk. This is an eclectic place with pop culture Easter eggs sprinkled throughout.This was a comfortable place for a quiet weekend. ”

”Beach front cabin could not be beat for location and the cabin was clean and a great home base for all things Mackinaw city within walking distance, including the ferry to Mackinac Island. Beach is rocky in places, so be sure to bring some good water shoes! Access to the amenities of the nearby hotels was also a nice bonus, although some of the hotel facilities are a bit dated and have some deferred maintenance. ”It was a bit tricky to find since it is hidden behind a hotel. Google maps took us to the right parking lot (Waterfront Inn) - just go all the way to the back. If you like the natural wood look, you will love this cabin. ”It was very clean, plenty of space, and an absolutely amazing view ! Great little fire pit and chairs. The driveway could be marked for easier view since the GPS does not take you exactly to the house. The kayaks were in the garage but there were no instructions to access them. ”Our third yearly stay at the cabin. Recommend you try the Pond Mill Farms, Legs Inn, Good Heart General Store, and Trillium Woods Coffee shop. Cabin is always clean and comfortable, especially the evening fires in the stone wall fireplace. ”
