”NIGHTMARE STAY! The first room we had had an electrical problem. outlets did not work, no safety plates on outlets, nothing worked unbeknownst to us and refrigerator leaked water everywhere and food was ruined, maintenance came in and reluctantly just replugged refrigerator in and walked out which did not resolve the issues. Back to front desk where they hesitated to move us but realized we could be electrocuted as rugs were all wet so we had to move all our stuff (a lot) to a different room...

”Stayed 3 nights. June 27-29, "2026. Loved the easy access to Ferry crossing [5 min.] and other Mackinaw City attractions all within walking distance. Helpful suggestions from friendly desk clerk were 'spot on' helpful. Facility clean, comfortable room and beds. Hot tub and pool also nice. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, but bathroom was dated and water pressure not great. Also some gouging along one wall was a little unsightly and in need of repair and the curtains although functional were stained in places. A very nice view of the Mackinaw Bridge and the beach area was nice for sitting and enjoying the view, but no access to actually swim. ”This property is old but provided updated amenities. Walls are not very well insulated so noise was an issue. The location was across the street from a park and within sight of the Mackinaw Bridge.”

”Easily accessible parking. No wait time at the front desk. Our nighttime latch was broken when we arrived, notified the staff and stepped out to eat. It was fixed when we came back to the room. Worth every penny. Convenient to docks and walking distance to shopping district.”
