”While the house had lots of positive attributes, a few things should be mentioned. House was listed as secure for pets. On arrival there was a portion of the fence that was broken and open to a neighbors yard. Apple tree had dropped lots of fruit on the ground. We adked the host about the fence and the response was "sorry....". Property also advertised a patio and bbq. This was not really true. A concrete slab and a bbq in a dark no night garage was there. ”Enjoyed our stay in the deluxe yurt. Had a mini fridge, sink and tv with cable. Bathroom was right across the parking lot. Only thing I would say is the full futon bed was very uncomfortable so we ended up sleeping in the bunk bed cause they were actual mattresses. This RV park is super close to Jedediah smith state park and 15min away from crescent city. Great location. ”
