”The apartment was newly renovated and clean, although can improve floor cleaning. The place has essential supplies, not an actual kitchen. I appreciated mew washer and dryer in basement location. The place doesn't has hair dryer. I wish some improvement with hallway lighting at the entry way, since it was very dark even during day time. It took us a while to get acquainted with the neighborhood. The location was good, proximity to Buffalo center and convenient to get things done and well...

”Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them.”

”Clean space, friendly helpful host. There is no parking at the property but we had no issues with finding street parking close. Stayed for a Bills game about a 30 uber ride to the stadium which isn’t bad. House is older but it’s just fine for what it is. Would stay again.”

”This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family. Check in was easy and a welcome basket was awaiting our arrival! Everything about the house was warm and welcoming. The house is spotless and fully stocked with every necessary amenity. ”Gavin was a super host. He addressed all my questions, helped us arrive early after we flew into Buffalo via red eye and made the stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for access to shopping, food, dining. I'll always remember this trip as Comeback 2.0 as the Bills beat the Ravens 41-40. I'd stay again at Gavin's in a heartbeat and highly recommend his VRBO to all.”

"My room was clean. However, looks like the hotel originally was very nice. Now rather worn out. Especially, the corridors/hallways. If they were cleaned and vacuumed ONCE A MONTH they would not be so FILTHY. Stains, dust, trash. I found a PILL on the but did not dare to touch it."
