”It’s a beautiful place but there were quite a few things that made my stay an unpleasant one:
No TV in the sitting area. When there is a TV, the remote is missing.
No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place.
Room is switched. At 11 PM fire alarm went off ( no one’s fault ) and I was offered another room after making it clear that I would not spend the night in there.
At midnight went to my 3rd room, no TV...

”We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! ”We stayed for one night and the property exceeded our expectations. They kindly accommodated an early check-in since we had a morning flight, which we really appreciated.The property feels fairly new, with modern amenities and a very spacious layout.
