El personal en general todos son muy amables desde el front drsk hasta seguridad. Las facilidades son excelentes y área tranquila, sin ruidos mayores. Si fuera a recomendar algo pués hace apenas 3 meses que abrieron este lugar. Serîa tal véz tener un microhondas o màs utencilios camo sarten pequeño para freir. El personal me consiguió una hornilla eléctrica para cocinar, en mi caso que me gusta hacerlo.

”I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day. Service throughout the stay was very good and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable.

”I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better.”

”We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! ”Our flight was canceled last minute and it was beginning to become dark out, being out of the country and now off our resort left us scrambling. We were able to book at this location for one night, 2 people.
Nice hotel, hot water, clean beds, bottled water provided!
We felt safe behind locked gate during our stay and was given great travel advice in the morning when checking out high recommended!”
