”The whole place was very comfortable, for the area it was the best choice. The price was good and it was nice having a full sized fridge and a bedroom separate from the living space. Since there was no AC in the room which is very common in Alaska one fan would have been nice to get a little air flowing through the room when there was no breeze outside.”

”This house was exactly as advertised. The master with the en suite was fabulous. Access to a washer and dryer was absolutely key. Kitchen was fully stocked equipment wise with a ninja blender, toaster etc. (No air fryer - that would have been an extra bonus). Minor issues: - drawers sticking in fridge and freezer - shampoo and conditioner provided was a great perk, I just wish it was slightly higher quality (dove or Pantene prov would be a step up). We would love to come back!!”

”The cabin was very clean and the bed was quite comfy. The kitchen was well furnished. There were even enough eggs and milk for our breakfast along with coffee/ tea options. Granola bars and a few snack paks were a welcome treat. Great views of surrounding mts and atv tours are available at the office.”

”Great cabin in the woods, super close to Talkeetna. I loved how close it was. Talkeetna was our favorite town. The bunkhouse was great for our boys, the fire pit with wood was also wonderful! I also hiked one of the trails and they provided bear spray, which was awesome!!!! ”

”This was such a jewel of a find!!! The lake views are amazing! Big yard was perfect for games and relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with. Lots of storage. Very clean and charming. The couch pulls out to a full size bed which we perfect for two people to sleep on. The queen sized bed is comfy, best nights sleep in a long time! ”This cabin is super clean and stock full of amenities. The surrounding is very private, quiet, and full of beautiful trees. You can hear the birds singing all day long. The hosts are very friendly. They come and clean the compost toilet every day. We had a lovely stay during the 4th of July and can't wait for the next visit. ”

”House was cold when we arrived. Windows were open...I think to air out the cabin from the wood smoke smell. It smelled that previosly someone couldnt get the fire going (wet wood or poor draft). Once we closed the wondows the cabin warmed. Alternative heating to just using wood would be a good idea...especially on cooler days. Overall the host was great and the cabin cosy. ”
