”Property is exactly like the pictures. We did have a thought time trying to adjust the basement shower head, but there were no glaring maintenance issues that were a deal breaker. Rental properties will always have a few hiccups here and there. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Basketball court was cool, but we ran out of time to use it. There was a decent amount of coffee stocked for us and check out process was simple and easy. The host was not demanding and communicated well...

”We loved our stay here! The location in Hill City does not get better and it absolutely is the best option we have found that lends more luxurious, which can be hard to find in the Black Hills area. Responses were quick and friendly, the space was so calming and quiet, and it truly felt like a sanctuary after long days of exploring. We can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend this more!”
