I especially loved the bedding—the linens were soft and the mattress provided the perfect amount of support for a great night's sleep. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!”

”Family visit, and we live fairly close, so we visit Rapid City often. Two different rooms reserved. King bed suite was amazing. Dual queen bed room was also amazing. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, in Rapid City. I miss full sized pillows, and breakfast was ok. Staff was extremely friendly, although I think staying outside of regular tourist season helps. We stayed with pets, and had no issues. I would like to stay here again, depending on price.”

”Overall a great visit for the family as a base for Black Hills site seeing, only thing was the Water temp in shower was hot or scalding but better than cold. Would stay again in future. Great for kids!! ”

”Helpful friendly staff, unique and fun lobby stocked with games and cool decor. Luggage carts a bit difficult to navigate. Other than that a great place to stay.”

”The room was clean and close to restaurants but I didn’t feel safe in the area. There was a bunch of homeless people around and at 2am, police officers came to the 6th floor, knocking on doors and taking people, I don’t know what happened, but definitely I didn’t sleep much.”
