”Nicely maintained modern RV with lovely view of the pond. Pleasant to have table and chairs inside mosquito net enclosure. Enjoyed listening to the frogs croaking. One reason we chose the property was they are pet friendly. Hostess was gracious and accessible. ”

”We came to Grass Valley because both granddaughters were graduating from college. We needed a place for all of us to gather and share a meal. This location was perfect. We were able to walk most places and enjoy good restaurants. Would use this location again.”

”We came into town for a wedding. The house is situated close to the main road with shops and restaurants but it’s tucked away so that it’s private and quiet. Very easy to walk everywhere. The home was cozy and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jess!”

”Wonderful cabin in Grass Valley. I stayed with my sisters, so we were four adults, each got a fluffy warm bed. The house is also great fro family with kids as there are lots of nooks to sleep read and play. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is quiet but still pretty close to the town. We were a bit disappointed to discover it was a IR sauna, but other than that communication with John was super clear and smooth and all in all a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!”
